PEPPERFRY , A CHEAT AND FRAUD WEBSITE , I HAVE BEEN ROBBED BY THEM , STAY AWAY FROM IT

I had placed an order of Wardrobe on June 3 of Housefull Malvern 2 Door Wardrobe in Black Oak Finish . The order was delivered on 19th June .
Order Id # 300400117. Now , I would share the ordeal :

1. Continuous followup for the order dispatch .
2. The order of wardrobe came like sheets of packed plywoods (Wardrobe in sheets of plywood !!!!!!)
3. I asked the delivery person that who would assemble it , he said that I have to arrange my own assembly .
4. I said I would not accept in this way , he said its fine and he started to take it back (full of arrogance )
5. I said I would not sign the delivery receipt , to which he asked to call customer care
6. I called Customer care , had a long discussion , she said it is mentioned there that I would have to assemble on my own , its written there , as Assembly : Carpenter —→ Any person knowing english can help me with the meaning of this sentence ? does it mean that Customer need to arrange his own carpenter ?
If thats so , why it is not clearly written , why they are juggling and playing with words to snatch money out of our pockets ?Why they have shown fotographs of wardrobe from each angle as if they are going to deliver the same assembled product ? why so much of Fraud ?
7. The executive told me that she has made a note of my complain and I would get a call back within 24 hours and that I should accept product .
8. I accepted product and kept waiting for the call .
9. No calls received as expected , I called Customer care after 24 hours .
10.Not much to my surprise , the executive who picked up call told me nothing of the discussion that I had yesterday with other executive is mentioned in comments (Seems Pepperfry has trained its executives well to deceive the customers )
11.Again too much of attitude and only emphasis that nothing can be done and that I should have understood “Assembly Carpenter” myself . He blamed me that why I did not assumed the right thing . So I was the person to be blamed …. great .
12. I cut the call after taking the relationship manager email id .

Pepperfry robbed me of 5K , that will not make me poor , but by these types of dirty trade tricks this company wont last long for sure . I will also ensure that my story is spread wide so that whoever reads this can avoid it and save their hard earned money .
