PCRA developed PNG Stove that saves upto 25%: Any leads?

PCRA had developed PNG Burner gas stove that saves about 25% of energy. This was publisized by them at that time but the implementation has been really poor.
On ground, I could not find a reliable brand selling it with offline or online retailler.
I see a brand named Kitchenmate selling one on Jiomart which is available but that is 2 burner one. I am looking for 3 burner stove from a reliable brand.
The PCRA website is down for so many days and no one really cares. Typical govt organization with absolutely poor implementation of schemes.
Any leads would be appreciated.

Saving mechanism is just a pin which needs to be replaced in your existing stove.
They(company) charge 30-50₹ per burner to get it done.
Basically it adjusts pressure of gas in your stove.
