How should I use it with least txn charges. I don't have any such expense right now.
Can pay cc bills at most or transfer to bank.

If you have any cc bills to pay like SBI for example then you may consider using easemydeal with 1.4% charges. Best option in my opinion
if you set low priority in snapay...You can transfer at 1.18%
buy vouchers through pzshop and sell (not all are eligble through wallet), I know a walkaround but... kaliyug hai, bohat bhala karli, laath hi milta hai, so not disclosing the trick...
