As PayZapp wallet allows to load only ₹10k per month for basic KYC users. So i thought to open account in HDFC bank to upgrade Payzapp wallet to full kyc.
So after opening new account with HDFC i asked Payzapp customer care to upgrade my wallet to full kyc via my bank account KYC.
Now they are saying that as i have completed basic KYC currently it cannot be upgraded to full kyc, their developers are working to enable upgrading to full KYC via payzapp app and whenever this option will be available they will contact.
What can be done in this situation?
If anyone have any solution regarding to this issue then please share.

hmmm guess i didnt faced this issue on payzapp because i came to know pazzap only after getting HDFC account first (so got HDFC account first then after payzapp next)
weird why they are not letting existing users upgrade to full kyc in payzapp

No solution bro. Have to wait for HDFC to give the upgrade option.
