Paytm stopped crediting cashbacks?

Call paytm, and then ask them to create an in app ticket. Then upload this screenshot there and highlight the pending cashback also, share with the screenshots of the offer. Then after 1 day they will close the ticket without processing CB , reopen it and then again share screenshot and ask them for escalation, after repeating this process for few times, you will finally get the cashback. Same thing had happened with me. It will take some time, but ultimately you will receive the CB 

I hope your default savings account is not paytm payment bank.

I have 35 cb in process from end of January. I believe they are not going to credit due to on going issues

I'm so worried about my 0.32rs lying in paytm wallet. Don't know how I'll utilise it in this ban time! 

I remember there 5 pe 10, 25 pe 50, 10 pe 20 etc.. etc cashback offers, when it was newly launched also cant forget Rs.9 coupon for flat 50 CB on Rs. 50 recharge.

how to get this cashback?  It's been more than  5 days because it was clearly mentioned that I'll get the cashback in my wallet after 15 days from the date of transaction

Those who haven't received their cashback don't worry. RBI will directly give it you 😄.

Relax. It comes in 24 hours. Not every cashback on every offer is instant in Paytm and it has always been like that. Some cashbacks to wallet are instant. Cashbacks in bank accounts aren't.

My Rs 300 add money transactions are pending for more than a week .Reported the issue on twitter but no solution is provided till now

Same here .. have one BB daily cashback pending since 31 Jan and couple of cashbacks from last week for using Rupay card on UPI. None of these have been credited.

PayTM should fulfil all the offers and cashback for those who have availed it. What will happen to the points..could they get converted to wallet?

Paytm is further eroding user confidence by not processing these cashbacks ! Sirf ye bolne se ki "users can continue using paytm app" kuch fark nahi padta unless they follow-up with actually not blocking features.

Big giants will take over Paytm soon. Keep watching

They blocked balance eaten cashback. 

Even I'd received 10 rs cashback 2 3 times, i thought they'll credit as usual so never checked, now I can see it's not even there in pending cashback, completely disappeared.

Yes offers have stopped. 

Got 50rs cashback that was pending for 2 weeks in my UPI linked SBI bank account.

Even redeeming points to Paytm gift card are removed

Cashback credited for 1st Feb trxn on 14th Feb.

All pending cashbacks disappeared. PayTM is finding ways to recover all lost money in the share market.
