Paytm sellers sends used products, fighting now to proceed a return

The seller sends me wrong shoes, with high usage marks.
Brought it to the knowledge of Paytm, but the customer care is useless and did nothing about it. After that, I even posted the pics on the PayTm’s facebook page, but they did nothing about it.
Been more than a week and I am still waiting for them to take back the defunct product.

Not buying anything ever again from this site.
