Paytm is fraud

Paytm is fraud. Don’t ever buy anything expensive product from there site. They don’t give a cashback. Recently i bought a laptop of 63000 bucks and its cashback is 10000 my laptop delievered but my cashback is still not given. They said you want to upgrade your wallet. I have requested it for more than 15 days but there is no action. When i contact to customer service they just reply with the same line everyday. “We are working on it. Apologies for the delay. Kindly wait for some more time. We are arranging a call for you”. It is seriously the worst experience i have ever experienced in my entire life. “They are really fucking fraud”
