Paytm Fasttag recharge limit on Park +

I can only recharge Paytm fasttag 5k per month from park plus , but few of my frens can recharge daily 2k( 1k+1k). I have contacted both Paytm and Park + , but not getting any satisfactory answer.
Do you if I need do to something to increase Paytm fasttag recharge limit ?

60k/62k monthly limit if you recharge through Park+ app but daily 1k+1k Paytm fastag recharge limit on Park+ app + 5% SBI Cashback credit card.

sach baat yeh hai u want to transfer credit card to bank account... warna 2000 amount is enough for fasttag.

Both Park+ & paytm cc live on Moon. No point asking them, because they don't know what's going on in earth.
