PayTm: Absolute untrustworthy, Pathetic Service and they are Simply Shit

I have faced an issue where I have booked a ticket one month before for Diwali vacation, as you all know how bus operators inflate prices during festivals. But, suddenly 2 days before the date of journey the bus service has cancelled the bus. Then Paytm guys didn’t give me any update, I have to call them and say that I got a message from the travels saying the service has been canceled. It shows their’ I don’t care about customer once the payment is done’ attitude.

And then they simply said "sorry, your money will be back shortly.” Who needs the money at that time? All the prices of the buses for that day were more than double and even thrice the cost at what I booked. Then I sent them a long mail showing my inconvenience and pain as below:
Dear Paytm,
Don’t say sorry. Be sorry for yourselves for your pathetic service and false promises.
What the hell are you guys speaking? Is it a joke for you guys asking us to book ticket now two days before the date of journey?
Why do you think people use Paytm or other online ticketing services and book tickets one month early or so? What is the purpose of booking so before hand? Is it to get the service cancelled two days before and pay hefty price then for the new ticket?
Do you know the cost of ticket now and the cost of ticket I booked? Now the minimum cost of the ticket (Non-Ac) itself is 1350/- and the cost of a Volvo A/C (Kind of bus I booked) is around 1900 to 2500/- , which is more than double the price at which I bought.
Where is the trust factor that you guys boast about? Where is customer convenience
Where is business fairness???
It’s completely stupid and irresponsible. Either arrange an alternative way of travel for me on the same date and time. Or give me back 1500/- (back to my bank account and not as Paytm cash) as penalty.
I Got 720/- paytm cash REFUND. I don’t want it. GIVE ME 1500 TO MY BANK ACCOUNT completely OR A TICKET ON SAME DAY AND AROUND SAME TIME
Bus operators operations may not be in your hands but giving back 1500/- to my bank account is completely in your hands.
Without doing that don’t boast yourselves about customer happiness and Trust.
I don’t care your apologies
I don’t care your paytm cash back.
I don’t care what all your problems with your bus operators.
ALL I NEED IS A TICKET FOR AN A/C BUS ON 28TH OCTOBER EVENING AFTER 8 FROM HYDERABAD TO VISAKHAPATNAM.

IF that’s NOT possible then REFUND 1500/- TO MY BANK ACCOUNT.

Its is certainly painful I understand. But nobody can be perfect. Paytm is one of the best IMO.
Paytm should fine seller/bus operator and also refund some extra money as penalty.
I have experienced too this, and I lost good deals and time when paytm cancelled few orders.
Other than “sorry…” they are neither bothered to penalise seller nor interested to compensate buyer.
