I bought amazon pay gift cards from hdfc smartbuy and added to my amazon account. Its showing 4300 balance.
Can i use this balance to pay at offline shops using their qr code? Or do i need to make amazon upi account?
I see 4300rs balance under GIFT CARDS. The WALLET balance shows 0.

Just use it to pay EB bills (and other similar bills) in amazon portal

Install livqwik app, copy paste numbers in mobikwik, send from mobikwik to bank, upto 1000 rupees its zero i think.

contrary to what is status you can actually pay offline qr directly via amazon pay gift card balance but these are some special amazon pay qr and are rare to find 
so your best bet to use it for online purchases or bill payment as for
Wallet balance you can load and use similar to paytm wallet
what benefit u got by purchase from smartbuy? any discount ?
Reward points from hdfc bank credit card. Discount % depends on what we redeem against the points
No You Can't Use That To Pay Using QR Or UPI
Basically Amazon pay wallet has two components: money balance & gift card balance.
Money balance is kind of normal wallet with actual money where offline payment are done. But gift card balance is restricted to amazon payment only and moreover any cashback credit is added to this component only.
You can say amazon has better understanding of laws and banking and money to its advantage.
Best way to use in magic pin, buy swiggy, Zomato, big basket vouchers on discounted price.
I load my amazon wallet and get 5% benifits and again use this amount to buy discounted vouchers of swiggy, Zomato, big basket through magic pin
You can't use this gift card Amazon pay balance on offline merchants. There are very few websites which allow this balance to pay.
