Payment transactions fraud company

9,164.80 cash transfer on 4th October but no payment received to credit card, they are not here to show the transaction for October, after calling the customer care and asking for the payment, the return does not come,surely there is something going on in the company, leadership is not right it's not just happening to me ,it's happening to everyone, this should be corrected by the management.

Recently seen multiple posts mentioned this company is fraud or that company is fraud but no mention of company name. I think these posters are just posting without any reason, if you fear to mention the entity name, no need to create any such post that just waste time.
