Payment failed on HDFC Billpay

Yesterday I tried paying my axis card bill using HDFC Billpay, the transaction failed but the amount was debited. In the email, it doesn't even say that the amount would be refunded if it was debited. Do I need to register a complaint or the amount will be refunded automatically? If it does, how long it takes for the refund? Please help!

Oh, thanks! Just called RM and he said the same. Will wait till Saturday. And yeah, I didn't know HDFC Billpay stopped giving CB. Damn! Do you know any other payment method that gives cashback?

Today is national holiday so wait at least till Saturday end before raising complaint. Btw HDFC billpay stopped giving cb on cc bill payments.
