Pay one card bill using HDFC Bill Pay

Does anyone know how we can pay one card bill using HDFC Millenia debit card that will attract 2.5% cashback.
HDFC Bill pay portal can't be used. I checked SBI UNIPAY but they even doesn't allow One card.
So, is there any other way? Through which if I will pay bill, then I will get 2.5% cb.

Can't we pay onecard in their cobranded card website?
Eg: federal one card means can't we not able to pay it in federal website

I have added onecard(issued by federal bank) on HDFC billpay using federal bank name and it got added
So i think we can pay onecard cc bill from HDFC billpay

I also added one card in HDFC billpay. But when I try to pay using millennia dc it says the card details are (of onecard) are not valid
