pathetic support team, no response to escalation emails as well
While I have not experienced any issues with their delivery and regular exchange. But recently I shopped for few items and qualified for additional bank discount. Had to return one of the items as the fit was not good but if I returned then the bank discount was getting adjusted in the amount to be refunded hence I wanted to opt for the new options 'STYLE EXCHANGE'. I tried selecting around 8-10 different items but all of them appeared as not deliverable at pincode which definitely is a bug from their end. I called up customer care & they asked me to send an email. Ticket was opened when I emailed but the same was closed without resolving the issue. I escalated the issue to myntra escalation id and even shared this on Twitter but till date no one has bothered to even respond to the email. Did not expect such a disgusting approach from Myntra. Will not be shopping anything ever again from them. |

This is how standard refund works for every merchant. Bank discount always gets adjusted against refund. There is nothing we can do in that.
Pincode bug is real, but they will not fix it soon, All there devs are lazy. Myntra sucks

Lyntra, Flopkart are on the same boat. Don't expect anything nice from them. But discounts always gets adjusted, nothing can be done here. Return item and take refund.
