Pathetic service by Amazon India

I have purchased tamron 70-300mm USD lens which cost me 25K but received just free gift as jacket. once contacted customer care they just asked me for refund, later once have long arguments they offered me price match scenario which was so cumbersome process. My question to Amazon is that if you had make a mistake, simply rectify it by sending me another piece of lens in next 2-3 days but not. they was asking me to purchase once again, and new price was 5K higher than my last. I had horrible experience and warning all other Indian who are going to Amazon, check there REPLACEMENT policy or they will just refund you, that will actually kill your time and enery. I was about to go for a trip with that lens but spent most of time struggling and fighting with Amazon. They simply screwed up my time and happiness. check this video.
