Pathetic Service........

I customer of paytm booked ticket from Bhavnagar to Bandra dated 29th Dec’17 my order number is 4355654432 and my account has been debited with 860INR but my transaction was cancelled so i should get refund within 24 Hrs. So i called paytm customer care and they also told me the same thing i was waiting till 24Hrs but still i have not received my refund. i am ok if i will get my refund on my paytm wallet also its urgent.if i will not get refund till Monday
so i have to take strong action.it was so worst experience with paytm i will never shop with paytm any more
