Pathetic Service

I am an old and genuine customer with Myntra since past few years but this time I had terrible a experience I had ordered shoes whose size was not fit so I asked them to replace with big size . Their agent came to pick up and rejected saying the product is damaged , after which I got connected to the manager Mr ujwal and MR Nilesh they assured that the pick will be done after verifying the image of the product but now I got a mail from them saying that the return is rejected , I have been struggling from 2 days and requesting them to exchange the order but no favourable response received and everyone is only buying time.

Would never recommend them sincere customers suffering that really makes me sad boycotted Myntra from my side forever

Expecting them to help me coz this was a birthday gift and I have been chasing this guys like anything
