The ordered chocolates were entirely different from the delivered chocolates. Customer care executive Mrs. Swati also behaved rudely and didnt address my grievance. She gave vague replies and didnt attend my phone second time onwards. No one is now attending calls and they are automatically closing the complaints given by me in writing. It was a sheer wastage of money and disrepute to my image as the cost of chocolates ordered by me was Rs. 899 while the cost of chocolates delivered was only Rs. 100.
