Passport renew in Taktaal question

Nowhere this kind of rule is mentioned. 

If they ask for proof then opt for regular mode, anyway you make the tatkaal service payment during your appointment only also the difference between tatkaal and normal mode is just 1-3 days in most of the cases, especially for renewals

I renewed under Tatkaal scheme 5 months back and there was no such conditions

If required why not pilgrimage of self / aged parents ? None can question that ?

No such rule.

Now even in tier 4 cities also passport service is fast .

Only demerit is you have to give bribe to police . 🥺🥺

Unless you need it super urgently and unless you have changes in passport, opt for normal renewal.

few months back got mine renewed and delivered within a week. Despite the fact that i had a new address and police verification also happened.

Baba Ji, do not take rumors at face value. There is no such rule.
