Park Plus refund pending for long time

I've paid the SBI bill using IDFC DC in Park Plus on 25th Feb 2024. Transaction got failed but i saw the status as refund initiated.
But till now refund is not processed,Whenever i asked them they are giving standard response, it'll be processed in 5-7 working days. But those days are passed.
Normally, in parkplus once the transaction is failed, it refunded immediately with RRN.But for this IDFC DC, refund stuck for long time.
I already disputed this transaction with IDFC .Any solution for this issue?

My refund processed after 10 working days..Normally refund will processed successfully once failed
This once stuck for long.We don't have an option to raise through app.But even after responding thru mail,they give standard response.
Finally disputed the transaction and got refund.
Same here. I has been 3 months but they didn’t refund my 1500. Now they have stopped replying to my email as well. Is there a way to escalate the issue?
I have paid traffic challan through park plus, not prompted for authorization letter. then i paid challan through parivahan, now it is showing that authorization letter is not signed. also the paid amount is refunded till date. i have send so many mails to them even no reply.....
