Park+ Amazon ICICI fastag

Amazon ICICI fastag can not be recharged through third party apps. And park plus is now asking to recharge fastag for Rs 400 before redeeming the petrol for IOC vouchers.
Does anyone know a way to bypass this issue? I sent them an email but no response as yet.
PS: My car is verified on the park plus app. Still facing this issue

So if you recharge once will it be enough or everytime you have to redeem IOCL, you have to recharge?
Another query- did you recharge for 400 Rs or a mere 10 Rs recharge will suffice?

Same here. I had to recharge another car so that I can reddem my Petrol Pts for IOCL Vouchers!
