Paid tax bill using Slice card. Didn't get 1% cashback

I remember that in July when we made tax payment using Slice card, we got 1% cashback.
But yesterday when I paid (loaded vard using UPI then paid using card), i got no cb.
Any idea why?

Apparently they have stopped cb for tax payments. I was planning to use slice for the first time but found out at the last minute.
