Paid booking amount through gpay via SBI CC

Hello bhailog,

Need help I've booked a car and paid booking amount via gpay through SBI CC in the QR code which they shared.

Now the car showroom finance team say we can't track your payment I've checked with SBI customer support but what ever details they have shared isn't matching with the car showroom finance team so since I needed the delivery in the mean I've paid the remaining amount and at the last moment they denied delivery since as per there finance team it's not credited since I was in hurry made a UPI of 11K additional and took the delivery.

Now please help me ways and to fight back in getting my 11K back.
