P for pathetic in paytm

Its good only if your transaction succeeds, the day you face a problem you realize how pathetic they are. The product they sell is from sellers that sell on local trains in Mumbai.  A very very back customer resolution center. You cant even contact them on mail, the reply like this

Dear Paytm User,

We do not monitor this email address.If you have an issue with any of your orders, please raise your concerns using Paytm app.

Now if you call their customer care then well you will learn it only your own, Only if I could have had a recording of those stupid people
