Overcame OfferBean Fraud, Will never buy from them!

The story is simple, yet it gave me enough reasons to post it here.

This was my first purchase from OfferBean (Offer-Ban is a better name). I had bought an 8 GB pen drive from them, and after a week or so, when I checked my account on their website, it stopped showing any past orders/transactions.

This gave me a blink in head. I mailed them several times (30-50 times, if I recollect) but got no response. After 15 days, I got a call saying that pen drives are out of stock and requested me to wait for another 10 days… I agreed.

After 12 days, when I doubted they will not be shipping my product, I again mailed them a number of times but got no response.

I started calling and mailing them but call couldn’t reach and mail didn’t get any reply.

I was lost.

How I Overcame:

1. I created a new account and placed an order (of ipad) for draft/cheque (they even don’t have COD option!!!)

2. I got a call immediately asking to confirm my order (preparing for yet another fraud!!)

3. I shouted on them threatening of complaining in consumer court.

4. Finally, I got my money refunded.

This was the whole journey with FraudBean or OfferBan… I request everyone to avoid this fraud site.

Buy only if you want to loose money!!
