Oct 2020, we have bought samsung machine when it was delivered they told us not to move it or open it until installer comes next day. But when installer came and opened the box there was huge dent on it so he left saying may be this is defective so talk to customer care. But we started conversation for the return we sent they photos, replies to email etc., but one day I was in different call and could not answer their call so immediately they have declined the return. when I called them back immediately after seeing the status update on the same day they said you didnt answer our call so we have declined it.
