Order not get which i place after that company gave excuse

I place the order on swiggy than i get half order. I complain for that, than there is no rider to pick my order upto after wait upto 45 mintes. Now company say that we will not help for refunds or any type of compensation. This thing happen 2nd time with me. Very poor service of swiggy. The company s not good. I personally suggest please don’t use swiggy.
