Please note that I REMOVED am your regular customer. Recently I had ordered a “Hindware Nevio Plus 60 Auto-Clean Wall Mounted Chimney” Order No REMOVED and till yesterday 10.10. evening around 7-8 PM I show the message on the tracking of the item was mentioned as “shipment yet to reach hub near to you”.
However, yesterday at around 9-10 PM, I notice that the order has been canceled the reason mentioned as “The delivery partner was unable to deliver to your location”.
Yesterday immediately after I show the canceled message, I called your customer care and they told me that the order got canceled as you did not respond the IVR call.
I tried to explain the entire scenario and tried to convince them that there wasn’t any call make to my cell phone number +91 XXXXXXXXXXXXX. Hence, did not missed any call from Flipkart/Delivery Parters/Logistic etc.
Please note that I had to stay back in Kolkata for delivery and had to cancel all my upcoming plans. In-addition, the payment was made by using credit card of one of my friends from Dehli. On the same day, I had made him the online payment as well.
I am really having a bad experience and I urge for your support to arrange the above-mentioned item for delivery.
