order is not delivered

File a case on consumer forum portal.

As per my knowledge their delivery is non local. Think they send medicine from Chennai so sometimes courier updates are problematic. I used to book medicine from netmeds when they were offering good discount. At that time no tracking was available but i waited patiently and they delivered.

But I suggest not to go for courier  partner , instead stick with netmeds.

This has happened three times for me. Gets rerouted or stuck in some place and wont move out of the hub for days. I had to fight to get it cancelled. The near expiry medicines are also norm. Last month, they sent some tablets also near expiry and one of them had two pills split open, I tried multiple times via emails to get it returned.

They start from the beginning everytime. It took a month to get only one exchanged.

Had faced similar issues in past with netmeds had to take them on twitter. learnt my lesson ever since and always place only COD orders with them

Medicines are essential life components for any one suffering from illness  , should be prefered to buy locally ... you will control over its expiry  date and procurement
