options of credit card activate before physical card

hi,

wanted to know options of credit card where

       we complete steps on app..it shows approved or not then we do kyc and other steps

       and it shows card details with cvv on app immediate and start doing online transaction

      full process first time signup to online transactions in few hours

        no need to wait for physical card delivery or manual physical verification's

        no need of earlier relationship with bank like account etc

few options found but not sure will work as expected

  a) payzapp pixel credit card  but app people facing bugs

  b) KIWI yesbank credit card

any tested tried option then let me know here
