Not the same case. The difference is you tagged the same admins twice for the same question within an hour. By the way, one tip for you. You should check which mods/admins are online before tagging them for better response rate.

Suspending him is not making any effect on him, hope next time he won’t repeat such acts (I don’t know what he wrote via karma logs)
