My car fastag was closed by livquik.
So planning to open a Airtel fastag.
While trying to open online 299 is showing as charges.
200 shows fixed and 99 tag expenses.
Is this 200 is usable other than fastag, ie, can transfer in airtel payment Bank?
Ane way to get airtel fastag with less amount?

In NOV - Mobikwik load was working with - airtel virtual debit card
I had done 1000 load .. But in Dec 2024 even mobikwik load has stopped working.
I have close to 7500 airtel wallet balance.. Not sure how it can be transfered to bank.
NOTE: I donot have airtel saving account. It is normal airtel wallet account (full KYC)

No, it isn't possible. That is a security deposit.
It is not usable for expenses other than fastag.
Also, there is no other way to get airtel fastag at lower price point than that.
