HDFC has changed its policies and only HDFC Bank credit cards are now supported for paying rent on Payzapp app.
Other option is to load the Payzapp wallet (and pay respective convenience fees), and then pay rent using Payzapp wallet balance.

There's no charge of payzapp. You only pay minimal charges of Redgiraffe less than 0.5%.
