Hi,
I would like to open an account online like Kotak 911.
Because of RBI restrictions, it is not more offered so looking for suggestions.
Need it basically for UPI payments. A good interface, total online process with Zero life time charges, no minimum balance 
Recommendations please.

Fi Money has Physical Debit Card Charges of NEARLY 300Rs which gets waived off only on Higher Maintenance A/c.
