Oneplus users, please help - Charger query

I need some advice, especially from OnePlus users.

My friend's original OnePlus charger is missing, and her phone is a OnePlus 5T. Can she use either of the following chargers to achieve the same charging speed as the original charger?

1. Portronics Adapto 45 (22.5 W) Dual Mobile Charger – Multiport adapter with dual ports (USB-A + PD Type-C)

2. Portronics Adapto 20 W Fast Charging Adapter – Single port (Type-C, White)
