so i recently added my mom to get 250agv according to this offer ,but now one card denying to give me this voucher saying this offer is for specific period only -_- (got call from them ) so be beware and dont get addon one card from onecard thinking you get this voucher

Now we have to keep records of everything. Take screenshot of this and that, keep following up with these companies and then they would do what they said and advertised they would do. Literally every platform is like that, even HDFC asked me for the screenshot of their lifetime free card offer and then they agreed to convert my card to LTF which was infact LTF pre-approved offer, through which i applied.
You should have taken the screenshot. What's the offer duration?

If they don't resolve the issue here then RBI ombudsman is the only option left.
