Onecard reward points showing huge negative balance

I suddenly noticed that my onecard reward balance appear negative it was showing -12000 points. On checking I realised they posted points reversal entry.

As much I understand in future what ever reward points will be credited will adjust against this negative balance and so there remain no benefit spending on onecard.

In my view this is silly practice by one card first they credited rewards to lure clients as the one who is rewarded recommends it to others but now months later of utilising reward they deducted reward points turning reward balance to huge negative.

I am not alone there is huge community who were hurted by this act of onecard. I am writing review against this on Google play and also going to oppose it on Instagram page, hope many others do similar and onecard would have to reconsider their decision. Please share your experience and views.

Order cancel karne par system dwara order par mile reward points to reverse kr diye jate the lekin trucking deal bonus credit kar diya jata tha, jise card user card bill karne me use kar pate the. Shayad ab unhone apne system me badlav Kiya hain lekin apni truti ka bhar card dharko par dalna anuchit hai.

They reversed 3000 points earned thru tracking deals on Amazon. Ofcourse the order was placed just to earn reward points.

Now my balance is -3000.

How many more reversals are incoming I don't know as I placed orders only to earn points ..
