onecard paid emi cancellation charges

I need to make a payment of 14000 via EMI in amazon (The actual price is 15500. but I am getting 1500 instant discount if it is emi of 9 month at X% ).

Say, if I take on emi from my onecard now, 14000 will be deducted. can I pay 14000 in full now only by cancelling emi?

I have done many NO COST EMI cancellations in ICICI where no charges were levied, but this is the first time I am transacting from One card for EMI (PAID)

Could any one please help with below questions?
I could pay 15500 immediately. But I am getting 1250 discount instant at 14000 only.

If I pay 9 month emi, I end up paying 15500+gst+processing again after 9 months.

can I cancel emi on zero day and pay 14000 only?instead of 15500+ at end of 9 months
1. Is paid EMI cancellation allowed if I want to pay immediately? What are the charges for it?
2. Do I need to pay 15500 or 14000 if I pay now if there is possibility of EMI cancellation?
