Onecard kyc failed at last stage

Then completed all steps from aadhar otp to selfie
Then comes up a banner KYC FAILED
due to internal policies we are unable to proceed with you application
Also I don't see any option for FD based card
Any workaround or reason why this is happening?
Same happened with me. I was getting mails, calls and SMS since long time for onecard cc due to good CIBIL but I was ignoring them.
After seeing recent offers, I though of getting onecard but app says KYC failed.
No concrete reply by CC over mail.
Trying to generate logic, I would ask OP, “if you already hold Slice and IDFC first CC ?”
not showing anything where I can apply only credit reports tab

They are asking to try after 24 hours but then it will be the same, even tried the One-score app. Actually, they are not able to fetch my CIBIL but fetched my Experian. Despite entering the correct CIBIL OTP, they said wrong and since then this issue!
I have applied for one card got limit up to 50k all details are filled but at last it show like KYC failed..can I get help to solve my problem
Is there only FD based CC for this card ?

why City are you in? If rejected due to location, there will be no option for FD also.
