ONECARD credit card excess bill

Anyone have any idea about what this transaction is ONECARD customer care is clueless
Called multiple times to customer.. complained on twitter .mailed the issue as well
But there is no reply for the said txn
I feel this is excess amount billed on my card and onecard ka trying to ignore issue intentionally
Can someone please help regarding the issue

Ye extra amount the Jo tumne onecard limit se jyada payment kar diya tha or maybe you received some refund, isliye ₹3918.53 is transferred to your bank account.
Same thing happened with me

but they billed this in my credit card due amount my total due is something 4700/- but i spent only 700~
