One card charging exorbitant fees for just one month no cost emi.
This is the only card which won't allow to foreclose entire emi amount whereas others allow to do so with zero or minimum GST charges
The total amount I spent was 33652 due to no cost emi discount of 1587
But I see onecard billed me one month emi almost instantly in less than 24 hours
They converted that one emi with maximum fees & took it from 5424 to 6199
Now they charged me total 34866
Have any of you been able to get these charges waived off or reduced by mailing or calling customer care?
what's their email & call number as bot is useless?

i am in the same boat as you, realised after proceeding with the transaction.
received the interest as cashback from the participating website.
but still 1000-1500 additional charges being taken by one card.
i did not followup for closure or reducing the charges.
Bot is useless & there's no way to reach an agent on calling customer care
I will avoid onecard for any big purchases
But if you did not cancel and paid EMIs instead then charges would have been what was shown + processing fees right ? Unfortunately some banks don’t work like HDFC and ICICI where we can cancel no cost EMI and get additional benefit and charges waived automatically. I did this same thing with AU bank not to get additional benefit but because discount was only on EMI transaction and I didn’t want to pay EMIs. I wanted to pay one time. I asked them to cancel EMI and they said only foreclosure can be done not cancellation. I went ahead and paid 600-700 extra.
Nice, I hope other bank also start doing the same and take back the discount if someone cancels no cost emi..😛
EMI is trap lol so avoid it:) try just only getting cashback offers 
no use with EMI unless you want big ticket thing and you dont have enough money without saving for 6 months..
