today i got message from once card stated that i am pre approved for one card metal card with 1 lakh limit, when i try to signup using my pan details and all personal details getting error at last step like sorry your location didn't match.

currently i am working in another location, my PAN address is different and current location is different.

You can't do nothing. You need to be in that location. Also aadhar eKYC is a must. Their pre-approval is worst. Why the hell they send out messages when they have so many parameters of denying.

There’s big communication gap between OneCard and issuer banks. I got the Federal OneCard (via Upgrade) in march and last week i got a call from OneCard that they temporarily blocked my card and Aadhaar Biometric authentication is must. Its funny because these are the things they should’ve dealt with before approving the card
