well since now downgraded many will stop using one card offline and they might issue new card for the so called waitlist "reserved" customers maybe

2% valueback might still be better than the 1.5% cashback that Axis Ace offers for offline spends. The disadvantage of OneCard will be that its limited to few offline stores and also there is a max cap on the valueback earned whereas Axis Ace gives 1.5% cashback for all offline spends (no restrictions, no cap).
