One card being unreliable

Recently i tried to do a recharge from cred via one card, because it has 5% off upto 30 offer, i have never faced any issue in doing so, but today it failed twice and now even money is deducted. In cred transaction history the recharge is not showing up, and there's no way to know if the sim is recharged or not because it's currently in foreign country, will get to know after coming to India tomorrow. Anyone else faced this issue? Attaching ss below

My one card BOB transactions also failed. Money was deducted but transaction failed and they said it will be refunded in five days.
Not only cred app mostly every online site transaction was failing.

Many users are facing this issue.This may be due to data breach.

Money not deducted.
Maybe some server issues from bank.
