I started using Uber in 2014-2015. On one occasion, I was traveling from New Delhi Railway Station to the airport. Unfamiliar with the app's rules, I asked the driver if I could talk to him. He politely said yes.
We began chatting, and I asked him about Uber and how it works. He shared that he earns around 80,000 INR monthly by driving for 14-15 hours a day. He then revealed his backstory: he used to work at a multinational corporation (MNC) and later started his own business. Although the business initially did well, his partner eventually betrayed him, leading to significant losses. Now, he has a debt of 90 lakh INR.
It made me realize that many people face challenges far greater than what we think.
well business has its risks so the moment he started business he should have accepted it and no regrets is the mind we should have when taking risk or else we are not fit for that job/business/any risk
one of the key risk in business is partner swindling money
its not new story:) this cycle repeats almost everywhere:)
