I am new to Delhi NCR / Gurgaon area which is a better option between these two or should i book offline or any other alternative ??

In Delhi, the last time the service I used was Uber, the experience was great in terms of timely arrival and no disputes over the displayed rates.
However, the vehicle that arrived was a banged-up old car. It seems these ride aggregators no longer inspect the quality of the cars in their fleet.
