OK with Cashabck. Good for recharge & Payment but not good for Shopping.

I generally used Paytm more for Recharge & Bill Payments and less for shopping

Product and Service Pricing :
Products are from local market if not known branded products.
Pricing is generally on higher side. If Price is on lower side then shipping charges are unreasonably high.
Cashback on product & services get you some time very good deal.
Even in few cases you get almost free product because of cashback.
but cashback is reducing day by day.

Shipping and Packaging
Shipping is not very fast , But tracking is available once shipped.
Packaging is not upto mark in most of cases.
Shipping charges are not reasonable

Returns and Replacement Policy:
Generally no replacement available , only return possible in some cases if product id faulty or wrong.
Very rare no question asked return policy.

Chance of Future Purchase:
Moderate. Depends upon cashback offer

Customer Service:
Looks like useless. Always a standard reply.
Even sometime difficult to raise a query as they have pre defined question and pre-defined answers.

Website’s Ease of Use:
Not a very good look. Sorting & filtering does not work properly.
You click a link for a cashback coupon products & then there are other products as well.
Sometime shows coupon on product but when added to cart then refuse to apply promo code.

Terms & condition of same coupon keep changing :
