My NSDL bank account Jiffy blocked state. I only use this account for Debit card for Friday/Amazon offer.
How to unblock it?

On Fridays, you can get 20% off upto Rs.100 on payment of bills using a Rupay Platinum debit card within Amazon.
For some reason my nsdl rupay card amazon 20% friday offer doesn't work if I pay any bill (electricity or gas) but works fine for recharges 😅
Anyone else facing same or know the reason.

If it got blocked because you did not carry out full KYC within one year, then your account is gone forever
Is there any way to close the account online and re-open the again with aadhar?
