I have a friend with physical BOB Snapdeal card when he applied for add-on cards for his mom-dad and his mom-dad's phone numbers, those add-on cards got mapped via UPI to their numbers. So now they can pay via their phone numbers on UPI.
When you apply Indusind bank add-on RuPay credit cards, give your mom-dad's mobile number and their mobile number mapped to UPI. Now your mom-dad can pay too with his/her phone.
Effective 1st Feb, 2024, add-on policy for HDFC has changed, now it is new add-ons and OTPs will be sent to add-on mobile number. Finally hdfc has changed its policy.
Other bank add-on Credit cards ? Please share in comment section, if anyone got any other bank add-on RuPay credit cards on different number and linked to UPI.
Its been 2 months i got add on rupay card offer to my wife with her number and linked to rupay upi also.... bob has simple process for add on card only taking details no kyc needed
Bob addon application (via app) is the simplest and the most convenient

Edit, got partial card details, it's same number of main card and not visible anywhere completely. Avoid applying for virtual upi add on cards.

No SBI add-ons don't get linked on addon holder's phone number. Only HDFC, Axis, BOB and IndusInd addon cards work on addon card holder's number for RuPay CC on UPI
