Now courier Company will also do KYC

It's been there for very long. Nothing new.

Many times required for valuable deliveries i.e. Laptop/Bank Welcome Kit/etc.

They will ask for some Govt ID and will click your pic with the ID and parcel as proof.

They will just take the otp and hand over the parcel

KYC here in this context means ID verification. You have to furnish any govt. id to them to receive the package.

Once they did an aadhar otp also, which might be used to take loans, etc. It's dangerous

Relax and stay calm. Just to confirm you are actual addressee they will ask id proof to verify 

When delivery agent refuses to give delivery without KYC

You will have to show your govt. issued ID when the Bluedart agent arrives.
Bluedart delivery agent will complete KYC by entering only the last 4 digits of your aadhaar card no.
This is generally done for debit and credit cards sent by the bank.
You will also receive a Bluedart delivery code via sms from Bluedart to be shared with the delivery agent.

Dont let them take photo, just show them the id card

show the votor id/driver license instead of pan/aadhar

this is not new, for all banking parcel this kind of msg is coming, most of the times delivery guy only asks for OTP

here kyc verification means, verification of receiver done through any of the kyc documents for authenticated delivery purpose.
